Tender deeply colored young leaves from rainbow chard, bibbs, kales, beets, and others that will change as the plantings and maturity of each bed changes. The mix will have a nice balance of mildly sweet and mildly bitter (the good kind), different textures from crisp to soft or succulant.
These green varieties were chosen for their nutrient density, visual attractivelenss, vivd colors, and great antioxidants and mineral profiles.
